We are Rick and Andrea, two Canadians currently living in Italy. Andrea was born in Italy and moved to Canada in 2000. After living in Vancouver for almost 20 years, we decided to move to Italy in November 2018 to start a new chapter of our lives.  

Rick and I have a passion for travel, and together, we’ve visited more than 35 countries. We’ve seen some of the most remote locations, from Alaska to Antarctica; from spewing lava in Hawaii to snorkeling with sea lions. And we’ve visited amazing cities and some of the most incredible beaches. And we have so much more to see. That’s why we call ourselves Travel Addicts! 

In March 2017, we started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share our travel photos and videos not just with our own respective friend’s lists – but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited. 

After inviting some of our friends and family, the group grew and grew – and as of March 2021, the group has grown to nearly 250k members! We hope you enjoy our story and feel free to follow us on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
